For more than 30 years, Tom Houle has advised high-net-worth families on the stewardship and investment of their wealth. Before co-founding TRG Wealth Management, he built a distinguished career across both finance and industry leadership.
Tom began his financial career at Goldman Sachs in Dallas in 1990, advising individuals and corporations on asset diversification and equity investments. He later became Regional Manager of the Dallas office before moving to Atlanta as Managing Director and Regional Manager of Private Wealth Management. In 2006, Tom founded Cardinal Unijax, LLC, which was later acquired by WinCup Plastics, where he served as President.
Those experiences—spanning global finance, entrepreneurship, and corporate leadership—shaped Tom’s vision for TRG Wealth Management: a boutique firm devoted to providing families with disciplined guidance and long-term perspective.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family (especially his first granddaughter Brynn!) as well as being an active member at Ansley Golf Club.
